Program Manager Product Growth & Lifecycle

Your tasks

• Capture, translate, and prioritize business needs into requirements with key users, focusing first on SAP ECTR integration, then continuous improvements.
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and compliant product data via master data guidelines, enabling smooth R&D-to-Operations/Service handover and cross-site alignment.
• Evaluate and optimize use of tools (SAP MRP, SAP ECTR, CAD) in close collaboration with BPOs, key users, IT, and external partners.
• Define and drive the long-term PLM roadmap by designing, supervising, and validating Product Lifecycle Management processes and solutions.
• Lead implementation: coach stakeholders, manage change, coordinate CAD migration (SolidEdge, Creo, NX to SAP ECTR), and oversee testing, training, and deployment.

Your profile

• Degree in Engineering or Science, with the ability to balance strategic PLM roadmap definition and hands-on implementation execution.
• Strong team player with a global mindset, experienced in cross-functional and multicultural project environments and business process modeling.
• Entrepreneurial thinker with high customer orientation, attention to detail, and cross-process understanding specifically in the area of product development, industrialisation and production.
• Clear and persuasive communicator in English; additional languages (Italian, German, French, Chinese) are a plus.
• Experience with SAP best practices; familiarity with PLM systems (especially ECTR) and CAD tools is an advantage.
