Du wirst Teil eines engagierten Treuhand-Teams bei PwC Schweiz, das nationale und internationale Kund:innen in einem dynamischen und zunehmend digitalen Umfeld begleitet. Gemeinsam betreut ihr anspruchsvolle Mandate für KMU unterschiedlicher Branchen und Rechtsformen und arbeitest dabei eng mit spezialisierten Expert:innen, unter anderem aus der Steuerabteilung, zusammen. Im Team wird Wissen aktiv geteilt, Verantwortung übernommen und Zusammenarbeit grossgeschrieben. Dein Impact

• Betreue selbständig und aktiv ein vielfältiges Kundenportfolio, bestehend aus KMU verschiedener Branchen und Rechtsformen sowie Zweigniederlassungen internationaler Kund:innen.
• Übernimm die Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kund:innen im gesamten Bereich der Finanz- Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie bei steuerlichen Belangen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Steuerexperten.
• Absolviere gelegentlich externe Einsätze im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen bei nationalen und internationalen Firmen.　
• Übernimm innerhalb des Teams Coaching- und Mentoring-Aufgaben und teile dein Wissen und deine Erfahrungen.　
• Sorge für die Qualitätskontrolle der geleisteten Arbeiten und eine faire Arbeitsauslastung im Team.
• Unterstütze aktiv bei der Kundengewinnung und beim Erstellen von Offerten mit und unterstütze das Team im digitalen Wandel.

Dein Skill Set

• Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung auf Stufe Fachausweis, Betriebswirtschaft HF/FH in Accounting & Controlling oder sei in Ausbildung zum dipl. Treuhandexperten.
• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld und Erfahrung in der Führung von anspruchsvollen Mandaten in Eigenverantwortung.　
• Deutsch als Muttersprache und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.　
• Habe eine analytische, exakte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und sei offen, teamorientiert, verantwortungsvoll und flexibel.
• Sei geschickt im Führen eines kleinen Teams und übernimm gerne Coaching-Aufgaben.
• Bezeichne dich als sichere/n IT-AnwenderIn mit einer gewinnenden und dienstleistungsorientierten Persönlichkeit.
