Position

As Senior Client Development Manager (M/F),  you will be responsible for the strategy and deployment of client initiatives within TAG Heuer’s omnichannel network. You will lead a team of five talents dedicated to overseeing all one-to-one client activations, from recruitment to upgrade through implementing actions aimed at strengthening client loyalty across retail, e-commerce, and Client Service Center, thereby enhancing client experience and optimizing lifetime value.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Client Development strategy for TAG Heuer in line with the brand’s overall objectives and those of the various markets.
  • Manage, lead, and develop a team of 5 talents specialized in clienteling, top client management, CSC Management and retail event organization.
  • Oversee the personalized management of strategic clients (VIPs, top clients) and ensure excellence in their experience.
  • Design, plan, and coordinate major retail events, ensuring an active presence at key events internationally.
  • Design, plan, and coordinate omni-clienteling initiatives, ensuring the effectiveness of each activation.
  • Animate and develop our CSC team across our different hubs.
  • Develop and expand the Client Development community globally.
  • Manage the department’s budget, monitor expenditures, and optimize allocated resources.
  • Develop tools and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and propose areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with CRM, marketing, product, Ecommerce, SAV, IT and retail teams at HQ and regional levels to ensure coherence and synergy of actions.

Profile

  • University Degree or equivalent, with at least 15 successful years of experience in a premium or luxury retail business, preferably in a position in CRM or client marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of high-end clients relationship challenges and omnichannel clienteling.
  • Proven skills in event organization, training and project management.
  • Strong strategic analysis and budget management abilities.
  • Inspiring leadership, clients service orientation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to unite and motivate a team.
  • Availability for regular international travel during major events.
  • Passion for luxury watchmaking and the TAG Heuer universe.
