Warm & Reliable Nanny Wanted – Zug We are a friendly English- and German-speaking family based in Zug looking for a caring, reliable, and energetic nanny to spend time with our two wonderful boys, aged 5 and 3. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being with children and can become a trusted part of our family's routine. The role is primarily focused on the children – playing, reading, creating fun activities, encouraging their development, and helping maintain a calm and happy environment after school and nursery. The position is mainly in the afternoons, typically: - Monday to Thursday: approximately 3:30pm–6:30pm or 4:00pm–7:00pm - Friday: potentially longer hours - Additional hours may be available by mutual agreement We are flexible and happy to discuss a schedule that works well for both sides. Our ideal nanny is: - Warm, kind, and nurturing - Reliable and trustworthy - Proactive and engaging with young children - Comfortable managing two children independently - Experienced with children of a similar age - English-speaking (German is a wonderful bonus, as both English and German are spoken in our home) We offer a welcoming family environment, consistent hours, and the opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our family.
