ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS. POWERING INDUSTRIES.
As part of a multi-disciplinary development team, you are the leading force behind one or more subassemblies of a direct fastening tool. In this role, you will develop innovative concepts and lead their optimization through to serial production readiness, while contributing to further differentiating our tools from the competition.
This full-time position is available as soon as possible.
What You'll do
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, production specialists, purchasers, and marketing peers.Capture customer requirements and design innovative concepts, validating their value proposition firsthand.
Optimize subassemblies for functionality, manufacturability, robustness, and cost in partnership with simulation, production, and testing experts.
Drive new ideas independently, working with students, universities, and external engineering partners to bring promising concepts to life.
What You’ll Bring
Hold a Master’s, PhD, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechatronics, or a related field.Demonstrate a proven track record in product development.
Work proactively with a results-driven mindset and high learning agility.
Collaborate confidently as a team player, contributing effectively in team and management discussions.
Drive innovation with a hands-on approach and strong stakeholder management skills.
Communicate fluently in English; German proficiency is an asset.
