Job-Inhalt
The OT Technician provides technical support for the site’s Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure, including cybersecurity, Windows-based systems, and the IT components of the PCS/automation environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting, coordination, and maintaining compliant operations within a GMP-regulated manufacturing setting.

Tasks:
- Support and maintain OT infrastructure (Windows systems, applications, industrial PCs).
- Perform patching and updates for Windows and application software, including testing and assessment.
- Troubleshoot OT issues and coordinate with IT, Engineering, Validation, and Manufacturing teams.
- Work with data layers and OPC UA interfaces.
- Prepare, review, and update technical documentation.
- Support change control activities and ensure compliance with GMP and validation processes.
- Assist during audits and provide technical input.
- Contribute to training and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- CFC or ES Technician degree in Industrial IT, Automation, or OT.
- 2–3 years of experience in pharma/chemical/food industry preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, validation, and change management processes.
- Good command of Microsoft tools.
- French fluent; English technical level.
- Experience with Windows patching and application updates.
- Understanding of OPC UA and data management layers.
- Ability to write functional and design specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Curious, proactive, team-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
- Familiarity with standard IT tools.
