Looking for a babysitter in Thalwil

Our home in Thalwil is a lively family home with a 2-year-old who will attend nursery four days a week (with Fridays off), and we are also expecting a new baby in October. My husband will be working long shifts as a doctor, so we are mainly looking for support in the evenings after our older child comes home from nursery, as well as some regular help on Fridays - occasionally over the weekend too. The evening shifts may vary slightly depending on my husband's rota, but we would provide the required evenings and weekends at least 3 months in advance to allow for planning and consistency. I'm originally from Italy and is originally from Switzerland, but we have lived in London for the past 15 years and will be relocating to Thalwil in August this year to be closer to family. At home we speak both Italian and English. Our older child will attend a Swiss German-speaking Kita, so we would love to find someone who speaks Swiss German or Italian. Although this is absolutely not a must. We would love to welcome someone who enjoys spending time with young children, feels comfortable becoming a familiar part of family life, and brings a warm, natural and easygoing approach to childcare.
