Human Resources Business Partner – Technology & Operations & Central Functions (80-100%)
Lombard Odier is looking for an HR Business Partner to support its Technology & Operations & Central Function teams based in Switzerland. As a strategic HR business partner, you are the primary HR Partner for your Business Unit. You co-design HR strategy, anticipate organizational transformations and drive change in direct alignment with Business strategy.
YOUR ROLE
Strategic Partnership
- Develop a deep understanding of the BU’s business priorities
- Advise and challenge senior managers and leadership on organizational decisions, talent strategy, and performance
- Actively contribute to leadership committees and discussions on the evolution of the operating model
- Handle sensitive employee relations cases (harassment, misconduct, grievances, dismissal)
- Be a key point of contact for all employees to offer advice on career development, performance management, resolving conflicts
Change Management
- Identify and anticipate the human impact of transformations (restructuring, cultural shifts, digitalization)
- Design and lead change management plans: communication, capability building, and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure employee buy-in and sustained engagement throughout transition phases
- Measure change effectiveness and continuously adjust approach based on feedback and data
- Organizational Development & Talent
Lead talent review with the Business Unit
- Coach and support managers in strengthening their leadership capabilities
- Identify capability gaps and co-build tailored development plans
- Work closely with our Learning & Development team to identify training/coaching needs for business units
HR Operational Excellence
- Ensure quality and consistency of HR processes within the BU (Talent review, performance review & Objectif setting, yearly compensation review)
- Maintain social compliance and a healthy work environment (labor relations, psychosocial risk prevention)
- Leverage HR data and analytics to produce actionable insights for the business
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Business Partner in a demanding environment
- Ability to read business environment and think in terms of organizational impact
- Advisory posture: assertiveness, courage and willingness to challenge status quo
- Strong facilitation, influencing and communication skills across all levels
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of priorities
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
