Executive Assistant to President BioDev and Manufacturing

This role is a critical enabler of leadership effectiveness—going far beyond traditional administrative support. You will act as a trusted advisor, operational anchor, and strategic coordinator, ensuring leaders can focus on driving impact, innovation, and performance across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as a trusted partner to President Biosimilar Development, Manufacturing and Supply, by proactively managing priorities, schedules, and decision-making flow
- Ensure optimal use of leadership time through effective planning, anticipation of needs, and prioritization of business-critical topics
- Act as a gatekeeper and facilitator, balancing accessibility with focus
- Operate as a central coordination point across senior stakeholders, functions, and geographies
- Lead and continuously improve administrative and operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Independently manage high-impact administrative and operational projects with clearly defined scope and timelines
- Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives by ensuring structure, follow-up, and timely delivery
- Mentor and guide junior administrative colleagues, fostering capability building and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning
What you need to bring to the role:
- Significant experience supporting senior executives (e.g., VP level or above) in a complex, global organization
- Proven track record in managing high-level stakeholders and navigating matrix structures
- Strong cross-cultural experience and ability to collaborate across boundaries
- Strategic mindset with strong execution focus and attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Resilience and adaptability when managing ambiguity and competing priorities
- Strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing mindset, aligned with Sandoz values
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
