What you’ll do

In this exciting role, you will drive the market access goals for the assigned product portfolio in oncology.

Main tasks

• Your primary responsibility will be to achieve reimbursement for our oncology products, which involves leading and executing pricing, reimbursement, and negotiation strategies, as well as developing the BAG dossier.
• Planning and implementing innovative pricing models.
• Leading internal governance process for price approval.
• Developing pricing scenarios as part of life cycle management.
• Representing the local Market Access team in global and regional working groups, as well as in local interdisciplinary teams.

Profile

• Several years of experience working in the market access department.
• University degree in pharmacy, medicine, natural sciences or economics
• You excel in strategic and analytical thinking, and take pride in your ability to do so. Your outstanding interpersonal skills allow you to optimally communicate information in a clear and targeted manner, making you an effective communicator.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of the Swiss healthcare system.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English.
