Your field
- Originate, structure, negotiate, and execute innovative renewable PPAs, route-to-market agreements, and flexibility solutions across solar, wind, and BESS projects, helping shape the future energy landscape in Italy
- Develop structured and risk-balanced commercial and hedging structures for renewable and storage assets, while building long-term partnerships with generators, utilities, investors, and corporate energy buyers
- Lead complex negotiations end-to-end and coordinate with Trading, Risk, Structuring, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to transform ideas into executable and value-creating transactions
- Monitor regulatory, market, and pricing developments across renewables, flexibility, and storage markets, translating market intelligence into strategic commercial opportunities
- 7+ years of experience in renewable origination, trading, or structured energy products with a strong track record in PPA negotiation and commercial structuring
- Deep understanding of Italian power markets, regulatory frameworks, and renewable support schemes. Established network with developers, IPPs, corporate off-takers, and utilities
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Combined with entrepreneurial attitude with proven resilience, accountability, and ownership, bringing complex projects to completion while maintaining focus under pressure
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or similar
- Fluent in Italian and English, Spanish is a plus
- High-potential professionals (2–4 years) with strong analytical and commercial skills will also be considered for a developing role
