Contractor QC Expert – ERP (m/w/d)

Location: 3930 Visp, Schweiz

Tasks:

• Delivering best practice CDMO QC processes in ERP system
• Providing operational expertise and end to end thinking, from the design to the post go live implementation phases of the project.
• Communicate constantly with key stakeholders to ensure business requirements are fulfilled.
• Identify the processes in responsibility of QC team, including the ones performed by QC and others only in overview by QC.
• Work with project team to ensure timely delivery of required action.
• Work with the change manager to implement any change activities within the operations teams.
• Share the knowledge gained and processes defined within the project with key stakeholders in QC team.

Qualifications:

• In-depth working experience in QC or QA, with the accent to material release and control processes.
• Proven knowledge and experience of delivering end to end process improvement within QC, ideally while implementing the new eQMS or ERP system.
• Well-developed collaboration skills, seeking out the opinions of others, and looking for ways to align and resolve any conflict that arises.
• A self-starter, who works independently with minimal direction.
• Willingness to travel to Visp.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
