Aufgaben:

• Deliver IT projects on time, within budget and with high quality
• Identify all relevant project stakeholders, proactively manage relationships and ensure customer view is reflected in the execution of the project
• Establish and update project plan, documentation as well as work packages and track the completion of project deliverables, tasks, activities and milestones
• Actively and effectively manage project spending, resources, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies as well as propose appropriate mitigation actions
• Ensure transparent and traceable project change management process
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on project scope, schedule, cost and resources, as well as project risks, issues, action items, and dependencies and develop corrective actions

Qualifikationen:

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience in an international company
  
• Ability to work independently
• Leadership skills to push projects to completion, using conflict resolution, facilitation, scenario-based analysis, risk management, exceptional communication and project methodology
• Detail planning capabilities, analytical thinking and strong ability to break large problems in small elements
• English / German language skills: C1 (Advanced / Higher Business) or higher
