Tasks:
- Customer and Market Analysis: Identify trends and needs in automated visual inspection, develop product strategies, and support growth in this sector.
- Product Development: Collaborate with the development team to create and implement innovative solutions.
- Customer Consultation and Sales Support: Advise customers and highlight product benefits in partnership with the sales team.
- Project Management: Define specifications, oversee projects, and ensure smooth execution.
- Marketing and Documentation: Plan marketing campaigns and create technical documentation for your product portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: You hold a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical technology from a university or technical college.
- Business Training: Additional training in business administration is beneficial for understanding the commercial aspects of product management.
- Experience: You bring expertise in process engineering and/or pharmaceutical production, with a solid grasp of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (GMP).
- Technical Skills: You have a strong interest in measurement technology and ideally possess experience in image processing and/or quality control.
- Team Collaboration: You excel at working with cross-functional teams and managing customer projects.
- Communication: You have outstanding communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus).
- Customer Focus: You have a strong analytical mindset and a deep customer orientation.
- Travel Flexibility: You are willing to travel internationally about 10-20% of the time for customer visits and project work.
