RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Materials management coordinator is responsible of maintening delivery planning updated.
- Scope is extended from order creation until receipt.
- Materials management coordinator is also in charge to coordinate operational activities for material
- release (Lead tiers meeting)
- Materials management coordinator is able to decide if order modifications are acceptable or not and respond directly to the suppliers (accept quantity increase or decrease, accept delivery date postponement).
- Materials management coordinator is asked to provide visibility on stock out date to other departments in order to drive their own activities (sampling, testing, release…)
- Materials management coordinator is able to start escalation process when a blocking point is identified (order postponement too late, critical item below safety stock identify in supply chain alert report…)
- Materials management coordinator is responsible for leading “Raw Material Tiers” daily meeting and take and/or attribute actions when necessary.
- Materials management coordinator analyzes MRP non BOM message and create new order accordingly.
- Material management coordinator is working on continuous improvement activities such as creation and update of tutorials for Raw Mat Supply Chain Activities.
- Warehouse (provide support for receiving issue, smooth delivery planning based on WH capacity,…)
- QA (coordinate release flow and provide visibility/prioritization when needed ; IPSO agreement update request; coordination of supply delivery planning and local change activities…
- Laboratory (coordinate testing flow and provide visibility /prioritization when needed; order placement for laboratory item in ERP system…)
- Finance (support for invoice matching with OP)
- Purchasing (day to day business coordination with supplier like price update, escalation…)
- Buyer/planner from other plants (IPSO request) External Main contacts:
- Suppliers (open orders follow up from order sending to receipt, clarification on delivery date (reliable date, missing information, date not matching our needed by date…)
- operational meeting when needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experiences in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry Critical / Key skills:
- Knowledge of a GMP environment
- Team spirit and communication skills
- Ability to work on several topics with rigor and methodology
- Capability to work on several activity and prioritization skill
Language & IT Skills:
- ERP proficient
- MS office
- English advance level
