Quality Multi Discipline Contractor (m/w/d)

Location: Bern, Schweiz

Tasks:

• Ensure compliance with quality standards during commissioning and qualification activities (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Review and approve system-specific documentation such as URS, RTM, QRA, and IOC related to C&Q processes.
• Develop and implement guidance documents (e.g., SOPs, WIs) for commissioning, qualification, cleaning, and process validation under the direction of the direct manager.
• Comply with cGMP regulations, quality policies, procedures, and instructions as defined by the quality function and supported by site management.
• Follow safety protocols, policies, procedures, and instructions as established by EHSS functions and endorsed by site management.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Engineering or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.), such as a Dipl.-Ing., M.Sc., B.Sc., or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in Qualification and Validation in a similar role, ideally within a Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech facility.
• Demonstrated expertise in cGMP, Qualification, Cleaning, Process Validation, and Quality Risk Management.
• Proficiency in English, with additional knowledge of German being a plus.
