Senior QA Expert (m/w/d)

This position is within the Quality organization at the Neuchâtel facility and is intended for the Quality
Assurance department.

Primary Duties:

• Within this position, QA Senior expert is responsible for Quality Assurance in the frame of activities all along the manufacturing and release process.
• QA Senior expert is QA representative for both routine GMP activities and Takeda projects. 
• QA Senior expert is the Quality partner within Production Unit Team and the Quality Control laboratories, Warehouse and Engineering/Maintenance departments as applicable. He/She has to ensure quality of information within systems and documentation in respect to current guidelines, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Participation in GMP audits and shopfloor are part of the activities.
• QA Senior expert shall promote and be involved in Continuous Improvement.
• QA Senior expert has to understand and apply Takeda EHS guidelines and commitments policy, take care of its own safety, report risk situations and improvement opportunities to supervisory personnel.
• The job holder can act as back up of other QA Senior experts and QA Lead as requested

Requirements:

• min. 3 years of experience in QA.
• French and English C1 level
