Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update delivery planning from order creation to receipt.
• Coordinate operational activities for material release, including leading daily “Raw Material Tiers” meetings.
• Manage supplier communication, including order modifications, delivery updates, and issue escalation.
• Provide visibility on stock-out dates and support other departments (QA, laboratory, finance, warehouse) in related activities.
• Analyze MRP messages and generate new orders as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including creating and updating tutorials for supply chain processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of GMP environments, strong communication, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and advanced-level English.
