Business Systems Support Specialist (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Business System Support Specialist to join our team in Neuchatel. This role involves supporting and enhancing business systems, with a primary focus on PAS-X. You will work in a hybrid capacity, with flexible remote work arrangements averaging 40%, and occasional on-call duties in a supportive team environment.

Duration of the project : 12 months

Location: Neuenburg, Schweiz

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide system support for PAS-X, including MBR design and verification.
• Perform CSV system validation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct MBR verification and support GxP processes.
• Offer on-call support during nights and weekends (approx. 1 week every 2 months, on rotation with a team of 10).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in French (mandatory) and proficient in English (minimum B1 level).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with PAS-X (specific version not required).
• Hands-on experience with CSV System Validation and MBR Verification.
• Experience in designing MBRs.
• Knowledge of GxP processes (considered a plus).

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid role with ~40% remote work (depending on local requirements).
• On-site presence at our Neuchatel location during the initial 3 months for team integration and training.
