Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain production plans based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and resolve scheduling issues.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to minimize delays and optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate bulk and final product shipments to Takeda sites, CMOs, and warehouses.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with GMP and shipping standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning or logistics, preferably in a GMP environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP); strong organizational and communication skills.
