Tasks:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain IT/OT infrastructure
• Implement global data center standards; manage regional DCs
• Act as SPOC for Visp site (IT infrastructure, external providers, mechanical services)
• Define global data center strategy and roadmap
• Manage cabling standards, disaster recovery plans, and infrastructure lifecycle
• Lead expansions, migrations, and capacity planning
• Ensure compliance with security and quality standards
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues

Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, power, cooling)
• Strong experience with VMware, Windows/Linux servers, backup/storage
• Networking fundamentals and project management expertise
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001
• Certifications like CDCP or CDCMP are a plus
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma)
• Excellent communication skills (English, German required)
• 5–10 years in large multinational environments
