Job-Inhalt
Serve as the Tech Transfer Project Manager and main interface between the Global Process Owner/Sending Unit and the local Brazil Project Management team, ensuring smooth execution, communication, and timely escalation across global and local stakeholders.

Tasks:
Lead cross-functional technical teams across multiple sites and ensure alignment with project goals.
Define resource needs, coordinate allocation, and maintain visibility of short-, mid-, and long-term deliverables.
Develop detailed activity plans, KPIs, and support the creation of integrated project schedules.
Track changes to the tech transfer strategy and secure approvals for modifications.
Organize hands-on activities at the Receiving Unit and ensure operational readiness.
Conduct regular project and technical review meetings with global and local teams.
Maintain the project risk register and drive mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Network Strategy to minimize project risks.
Report project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership (Director/VP level).
Qualifications:
BSc/MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
Experience managing large, international projects and working with external partners.
Fluent in English and French; Portuguese is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership in global matrix environments and ability to drive collaboration.
Solid CMC/tech transfer expertise, ideally in large molecules.
Experience defining execution strategies across Quality, Supply, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet); certification preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage ambiguity effectively.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel (Brazil, US, etc.).
