Wir sind das Team für eingeschränkte Revisionen – spezialisiert, pragmatisch und ziemlich gut eingespielt. Unser Team prüft KMU, Vereine und Stiftungen aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen und sorgt dafür, dass Qualität und Effizienz kein Widerspruch sind. Wir arbeiten selbstständig, aber nie allein: Austausch, Coaching und ein gesunder Humor gehören bei uns genauso dazu wie eine intensive Busy Season. Wer das Handwerk versteht und Verantwortung übernehmen will schätzt gleichzeitig die grosse Flexibilität in der Off-Season, und ist bei uns richtig.

Dein Impact 

• Selbständige Durchführung von eingeschränkten Revisionen für AGs, GmbHs, Vereine und Stiftungen 

• Einstieg in die Wirtschaftsprüfung für Kandidat:innen mit Treuhand‑Background 

• Einsatz moderner digitaler Prüftools und datenbasierter Prüfungsansätze 

• Direkter Kundenkontakt sowie Verantwortung für ein eigenes Kundenportfolio 

• Flexible Arbeitsweise beim Kunden, im Büro oder im Homeoffice 

• Saisonales Arbeitsmodell mit Fokus auf die Busy Season (Januar–April) und mehr Flexibilität in ruhigeren Monaten 

Dein Skill Set 

• Du weisst was du möchtest (Entwicklungspotential), hast eine klares Ziel und einen geschärften beruflichen Fokus (egal ob Quereinsteiger oder bereit für den nächsten Karriereschritt) 

• 1–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Treuhandbereich (Buchhaltung, Abschlüsse, Kundenkontakt) oder in der Revision 

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, eidg. Diplom, Matura oder Studium mit viel Accounting‑Bezug 

• Interesse an eingeschränkten Revisionen – Erfahrung ist ein Plus, aber Neugier und grosse Willensbereitschaft reicht für den Start 

• Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen 

• Bereitschaft, während der Busy Season die Extramile zu gehen  

• Den Wille das handwerk der eing. Revision zu festigen und vermehrt Verantwortung zu übernehmen 

• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise 

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse 

• Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Affinität zu digitalen Tools
