About Our Client
Our client is a SME based in Geneva.
Job Description
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound client requests (phone and email)
- Manage customer orders end‑to‑end, from entry to delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed commercial terms
- Monitor deliveries, handle claims, and resolve customer issues in coordination with internal teams
- Support field sales teams with administrative and operational follow‑up
- Set up new client accounts and maintain accurate customer data in the ERP system
- Update commercial conditions, contracts and sales documentation
- Enter orders and invoices, and follow up on payments in liaison with accounting
- Assist with product listings with wholesalers and pharmacy networks
- Support the preparation of trade fairs and commercial events
- Contribute to sales reporting and ad‑hoc administrative tasks
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in sales administration / order management / customer service in a B2B environment
- Comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing with external clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Team‑oriented, proactive and detail‑minded
- Fluent in French, German and English
