Looking for an English mother-tongue babysitter for regular childcare of one child

Hello! We are looking for a reliable and caring babysitter with English as their native language to provide regular childcare for our daughter. She is 3 years old. We both work full-time, often from home, and are looking for someone with two main goals: regularly exposing her to English (ideally in the evenings from around 18:00 on weekdays) and taking care of her in the mornings when she is at home from daycare (e.g. during holidays or if she is unwell). Childcare would take place at our home, so we are looking for someone comfortable staying with her there.
