That’s the job – Your main tasks:

• Lead business development for the industrial products and consumer goods sectors in French-speaking Switzerland by leveraging your network, acquiring new clients, and securing follow-up engagements.

• Drive the development of our consulting portfolio in Romandie and play a key role in growing our presence and team.

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders on digitalization topics.

• Lead complex transformation programs that improve operational performance, business agility, and digital maturity.

This job is for you, if you have:

• More than 5 years of experience in IT & digital consulting, with a focus on the consumer goods and / or industrial products industry.

• A strong personal network in the consumer goods and / or industrial products industry in French-Speaking Switzerland, and the ability to build and grow trusted client relationships.

• Expertise in at least one of the following areas: CIO Advisory, IT & Digital Strategy, Cyber-Security, Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, ERP, MES, PLM Applications.

• A university degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Technology.

• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written); German is a plus.

• A collaborative and proactive mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
