What you will do:

• Define and execute lifecycle strategies for construction, commissioning, and operations of biomethane assets.

• Oversee the delivery of capital projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with a focus on safety and quality.

• Manage EPC partners, engineering firms, and contractors to deliver new builds, upgrades, and refurbishments.

• Lead commissioning processes, ensuring performance validation, safety acceptance, and seamless handovers.

• Optimize operational performance, ensuring high availability, feedstock efficiency, and biomethane production.

• Govern maintenance strategies, lifecycle planning, and asset integrity programs to ensure long-term reliability.

• Drive compliance with HSE regulations and foster a strong safety culture across all sites.

What you bring & who you are:

• A Masterâs or Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Industrial, or similar).

• 10â15+ years of experience in industrial plant operations and construction, ideally with an EPC project management background.

• Proven expertise in managing large capital projects and leading multi-site operations.

• Technical knowledge of biogas, anaerobic digestion, or upgrading technologies.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced project management expertise (PMI/IPMA preferred) and financial acumen across OPEX/CAPEX.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and HSE leadership.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on standardization and operational excellence.
