Reliable babysitter or nanny needed for regular childcare in Bern

We are currently looking for a babysitter, nanny, or childminder who can regularly care for our baby of 4 months and bring a steady presence into our routine. It is important to us that our baby feels comfortable and well looked after by someone with rich experience of young babies. We are based in Bern and need childcare for one baby on a regular basis. The working days are Mondays and Tuesdays (weekly) and Thursday (2 weekly) .. The role includes feeding, naps, spending time together, playing, and supporting our baby in everyday activities.
