·       You'llshape the digital transformation of globally leading companies, ensuring theirsuccess by evaluating our clients' digital capabilities and performingfeasibility studies

·       You'llanalyze, develop, and optimize cutting-edge, customized IT architectures whileleading small teams and applying your comprehensive understanding of legacy IT,enterprise solutions, and current market developments and trends such as cloudcomputing and microservices

·       You'llmanage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs,establish modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD, and be responsible for thetechnical implementation of crucial digital requirements such as cyberresilience

This is how youmake a difference

·       Youcompleted a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a relateddiscipline with higher-than-average grades

·       Youhave at least four years of relevant experience in IT Consulting, in the courseof which you implemented transformation and implementation projects in terms ofboth strategy and operations

·       Ideally,you have industry-specific knowledge or (project) experience in the banking,insurance or healthcare sector

·       Youalso have experience in leading project teams of more than three people

·       Youknow exactly what the buzzwords machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps,agile, AI, and robotics mean

·       Youare familiar with all the stages of development for successful IT organizationsand IT processes

·       Youknow exactly how to put together complex business cases

·       Youfeel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contextsand are flexible and willing to travel

·       You'regood at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German andEnglish; French of advantage
