• The customer is a major organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation within its Information Systems & Digital (TDSI) division. The environment is structured, international, and strongly process-driven, with a focus on improving operational performance through modernisation of applications and business workflows. Teams work in Agile mode and collaborate closely across development, business analysis, UX, testing, and operations

The customer values quality, transparency, and collaboration, and supports consultants with well-defined processes, clear governance, and a supportive delivery team — including the successful consultant you already have in place

Responsibilities

• The candidate will support the customer’s digital transformation by ensuring that all business processes function reliably across multiple interconnected systems
• Their mission is to design, plan, and execute integration and cross-functional tests within an Agile team
• This includes analysing requirements, validating end-to-end flows, identifying defects, collaborating closely with developers and business stakeholders, and ensuring that each release meets the expected quality standards
• The candidate will also contribute to continuous improvement of testing methods and deliver clear reporting to project leaders

Profile

• Proven experience in system integration testing, functional testing, API testing, and UI/non-regression testing / Strong ability to design BPT/UAT scenarios based on business processes
• Familiarity with frontend and backend testing principles
  
• Solid understanding of structured QA methodologies (ISTQB is an asset)
  
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Xray, Confluence, and Postman or similar API testing tools
  
• Comfortable working in Agile Scrum teams
  
• Experience in a regulated environment (ideally finance, insurance, or healthcare)
  
• Ability to navigate large organisations with structured release cycles and strict documentation requirements
  
• Very strong French (C1+) for daily stakeholder interaction / Professional English (B2+)
• Proactive mindset, autonomy, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills
  
• Capacity to challenge existing practices and propose improvements
