Regular babysitter or nanny for 3 children in Männedorf

We are looking for a reliable babysitter, nanny, or childminder to take care of our three children on a regular basis. We would like someone who enjoys spending time with kids and keeps things calm and structured while they play and go through their usual routines. The childcare would take place in Männedorf. It would be for 3 hours per day, starting as soon as possible. The weekdays and working hours that suit us best are the ones shown in our profile. The idea is to have one morning (9-12) and one afternoon (13-16) per week on two different days and ideally to get the kids out of the house so my wife can have a few hours to do some job application or other things for herself. Usually we would have one kid in KITA, so no babysitting needed for him and the other two ( one is 2 -3 year old and the other one is a baby of 6months). We have three boys, born mid 2022, beginning 2024 and end of 2025.
