Join Axpo’s Digital Transformation journey and support our HR modernization program as an SAP Payroll and Time Management Expert. Bring your expertise to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality solutions.

What you will do

• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and understand payroll and time management processes.

• Analyze and configure SAP Payroll and Time Management modules to optimize processes and meet business requirements.

• Ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll processes.

• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support implementation.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, finance teams, and external partners.

• Provide training and support during implementation and be part of the post-implementation support model.

• Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and migrations.

What you bring & who you are

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (or substantial equivalent professional experience).

• At least 6 years of experience as an SAP Payroll and Time Management Consultant or similar technical role.

• Deep knowledge and proficiency in SAP Payroll and Time Management configurations.

• Experience in managing end-to-end SAP Payroll and Time Management projects.

• Knowledge of Swiss payroll processes is a plus.

• Strong communication skills in English and German.

• Team-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
