Global SAP EAM-Manager (80-100%)

Summary

To strengthen our maintenance department, we are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled person who will be responsible for the SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) module while also managing our maintenance app. In this key role, you ensure that our digital maintenance processes operate reliably, efficiently, and with a future-oriented approach.

What You'll Do

• Provide global support and further development of the SAP EAM module and the maintenance app for all locations
• Ensure system and app functionality, including testing new versions, release management, and coordinating with IT and external partners
• Analyze and optimize global maintenance processes as well as create reports, evaluations, and key performance indicators
• Support and train users worldwide (key users and end users)
• Contribute to international projects focused on digitalization and process harmonization in maintenance
• Work closely with local maintenance teams and global stakeholders

Who You Are

• Technical or IT-related education (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, or a comparable field)
• Experience in maintenance; international experience is an advantage
• SAP experience, ideally in the SAP EAM/PM environment, including customizing, reporting, and interface programming to support IT
• Confident handling of mobile applications and digital tools
• Analytical, structured mindset and a reliable, solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and confident in working with international counterparts (fluent German and English skills required)
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and drive the implementation of global standards
• High level of initiative and willingness to take responsibility for global systems, processes, and improvements
