Befristeter Einsatz ab 1. September
Coel Fragrances ist ein junges Label aus Zürich-Wiedikon. Seit 2017 produzieren wir hochwertige Duftkerzen und Raumdüfte in kleinen Auflagen – handgemacht, aus rein pflanzlichem Wachs und mit einem hohen Anspruch an Qualität und Design.

Für unsere intensive Herbst- und Weihnachtsproduktion suchen wir ab dem 1. September eine zuverlässige und organisierte Person, welche die Produktion im Atelier koordiniert und tatkräftig unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben
Planung und Organisation der täglichen Produktionsabläufe
Herstellung, Giessen und Abfüllen unserer Duftkerzen und Raumdüfte
Vorbereitung der benötigten Materialien und Arbeitsplätze
Sicherstellung von Qualität, Sauberkeit und gleichbleibenden Produktionsstandards
Koordination und Anleitung weiterer Produktionsmitarbeitender
Kontrolle der produzierten Mengen und Dokumentation des Produktionsfortschritts
Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung für die Weihnachtsmärkte

Dein Profil
Du arbeitest sehr sorgfältig, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst
Du kannst selbstständig planen, Prioritäten setzen und den Überblick behalten
Genauigkeit und ein gutes Auge fürs Detail sind für dich selbstverständlich
Du packst gerne selbst mit an und fühlst dich in einem kleinen, dynamischen Umfeld wohl
Erfahrung in Produktion, Handwerk, Küche, Gastronomie oder Teamkoordination ist von Vorteil
Du sprichst Deutsch oder Englisch
Internationals mit gültiger Aufenthaltsbewilligung sind herzlich willkommen

Candle Production Manager, Zurich

Temporary position starting 1 September.
Coel Fragrances is a young home fragrance label based in Zurich-Wiedikon. Since 2017, we have been producing high-quality scented candles and home fragrances in small batches – handmade using purely plant-based wax and with a strong focus on quality and design.
For our busy autumn and Christmas production season, we are looking for a reliable and well-organised person to coordinate production in our atelier and actively support the team from 1 September.

Your responsibilities
Planning and organising daily production workflows
Producing, pouring and filling our scented candles and home fragrance products
Preparing the required materials and workstations
Ensuring consistent standards of quality, cleanliness and production
Coordinating and instructing additional production team members
Monitoring production quantities and documenting progress
Supporting preparations for our Christmas markets

Your profile
You work carefully, efficiently and responsibly
You are able to plan independently, set priorities and keep an overview
Accuracy and attention to detail come naturally to you
You enjoy hands-on work and feel comfortable in a small, dynamic environment
Experience in production, crafts, kitchens, hospitality or team coordination is an advantage
You speak English or German
International applicants with a valid Swiss residence and work permit are very welcome
