Finance Business Partner Corporate Services (FP&A Analyst)

As Finance Business Partner for Corporate Services (enabling services such as IT, HR, Communication etc.) reporting to the Head of FP&A, you are more than a numbers expert! We want you as a trusted advisor and enabler for the Corporate Services leadership team. You help the team see opportunities, make smart decisions, and drive our area forward. We are not looking for a "cost controller," but for someone who helps us to get the most value from our resources.

Your main tasks

• Partner at eye level: Work closely with the Head of Corporate Services and the management team. Understand our challenges as well as our ambitions and help us  translating them into financial reality
• Make finance tangible: Turn financial data into clear, actionable insights. Explain what matters, not just what happened
• Drive improvements: Help us design and improve our financial processes, cost models, and service charging – always with a focus on simplicity and impact
• Build tools that matter: Develop dashboards and models that make our performance visible and support better decisions
• Hands-on: Support various activities in conjunction with the monthly closings
• Support our business: Be hands-on in monthly and annual closings, cost reviews, and ongoing finance transformation projects
• Bridge to IT: Act as the link between Finance and IT for management reporting and digital tools

Your profile

• Experienced enabler: At least 5 years in Controlling or FP&A, ideally in a complex, international environment with exposure to IT topics
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with SAP ERP and SAP Analytics Cloud or similar BI tools
• Business mindset: You see the big picture, have a solution-focused mindset, and are curious about how things work
• Communicator: Able to make complex topics easy to understand and work confidently with senior leaders
• Self-Starter: You take initiative, work independently, and are ready to make a difference from day one
• Languages: Good command (Business fluency) of both German (C1) and English (C1)
