Customer Experience Manager

Your Tasks

• Develop creative concepts for premium customer events and branded experiences
• Lead the planning and execution of Pilatus Business Aviation customer events, such as airshows, business related conferences, product launches, VIP activities, demo events and customer handovers
• Oversee full event lifecycle: pre planning, communication, on-site execution, and structured post event wrap up
• Manage customer facing communication from concept to delivery: invitations, registration processes, event briefings, etc.
• Coordinate all operational execution: venue selection, logistics, technical setup, catering, transportation, accommodation, supplier management, and on site support
• Lead customer gift concept and execution, organize giveaways, décor, merchandise, and customer gifts for key moments
• Lead and execute customer experience improvement projects, including journey enhancements and CX standards rollouts

With this you convince us

• University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in event management, customer experience, or marketing execution excellence is essential
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver complex events and initiatives end to end. Passion for customer experience and customer journey storytelling, paired with the ability to translate ideas into tangible, high-quality outcomes
• Self-starter with strong ownership, able to drive projects forward independently. Highly structured, organized, and capable of simplifying complexity
• Excellent command of English and German, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and build trust across teams and seniority Levels as well as a strong collaboration mindset, comfortable navigating a broad stakeholder network
