Your role and responsibilities

Who are we looking for?
For our in-job master’s program, we are looking for highly motivated students from economics, business, or (IT) science–based degree programs. In addition to a good bachelor’s degree, an independent approach to work is also important to us. Are you action-oriented, highly motivated, and do you have strong analytical skills? Are you able to define and localize industry-specific content and solution plays? Then you should definitely apply – we look forward to receiving your application.


What can you expect from this position?
In this role, you will work in the Technology Lifecycle Services (TLS) team in Geneva and support the Sales in this territory. Your responsibilities include contributing to the definition of sales and business development strategies, preparing internal and client‑facing meetings and supporting pipeline planning. You will also help coordinate administrative sales activities and internal governance meetings. This position offers valuable hands‑on experience in working with large key public sector accounts, including exposure to complex projects and public tenders. You will gain insight into how technology service solutions are positioned to support infrastructure service transformation initiatives with our key clients.

Skills we are looking for:

  • good understanding of business and sales management
  • strong interest in technology, digital transformation and innovation
  • fluent in French and English; German is an advantage
  • strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • self-driven, independent, and responsible work attitude
  • initial experience with new technologies (e.g. AI, Data, Cloud)
  • good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

This job is only for candidates who are planning to enroll in a master study and and have at least 2 years of study remaining (at a Swiss university/university of applied sciences, study course of your choice).
