IT End User Support Specialist (80-100%)

Your mission:

Your tasks:

• Experience in providing fast, solution‑focused end user support via phone, email, chat, and on‑site in person
• Ability to own incidents, problems, and service requests end to end, working with an ITSM tool such as ServiceNow
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
• Appreciation for clear documentation, including fixes and how‑to guides, to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing
• Hands‑on experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices

What we are looking for:

• Education in Information Technology (e.g. apprenticeship, HF or FH) with first hands on experience in end user support
• Proven experience providing technical support for Microsoft 365 applications
• Familiarity with IT support environments and tools; experience with Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, Citrix, Exchange, Jira and Confluence is a plus
• Valid driving license with willingness to travel occasionally to regional airports
• Communication: Ability to understand technical issues from a user perspective and explain them clearly to non technical users
• Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
• German and English skills that support clear, reliable communication with diverse stakeholders in a professional and safety critical environment
