- Lead the long-term technical roadmap for the Calendar Web platform, identifying opportunities for infrastructure improvements.
- Ensure new features are built sustainably and adhere to the platform's high standards.
- Lead the investigation and mitigation of high-priority incidents and escalations.
- Serve as an expert consultant to other squads and leadership, participating in cross-functional meetings to resolve blockers.
- Contribute directly to high-impact projects making Calendar ready for the artificial intelligence (AI) era.
