ICLS - Client Maintenance - Data & Docs Specialist

Your role

Are you a detailed-oriented and motivated individual? Would you like to become a part of a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are looking for someone like that to:• join our Client Data Management Team• be responsible for the accurate & timely maintenance of client data attributes• respond to requests and queries coming form business representatives and other client lifecycles teams, • take responsibility for appropriate escalation and coordinate resolution of identified issues with relevant parties• collaborate effectively with partner functions to enhance the process and eliminate recurring issues / exceptions.

Your team

You will be working in our Client Data Management Team in Opfikon, Zurich. This is a Client Lifecycle Maintenance function. In this role, you will support the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of client data across Swiss and global platforms. You will work closely with multiple business areas (FX, FI, EQ, IBD, WM) and use a wide range of specialized tools to ensure accurate, compliant, and well structured client information. Your daily tasks will include:• management of client address and contact information• execution of client onboarding and offboarding tasks• performing data quality checks, attribute updates, and account verifications• assuring uninterrupted client trading and revenue calculation.

Your expertise

You have:• strong attention to detail and analytical mindset• ability to work accurately with complex data and multiple systems• good communication and coordination skills• proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)• experience in data management, onboarding, or financial operations (preferred)• motivation to learn specialized client data systems and processesYou are:• able to plan, organize and monitor your own day-to-day work with minimal guidance• able to take ownership• proactive, driven and result-oriented• a dedicated team player and able to collaborate across functions to deliver best results possible• highly responsible, self-motivated, efficient, and able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines• able to identify root causes of issues and drive/implement changes.
