Project Management Officer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Ensure structured, transparent, and methodical execution of complex, cross-functional development projects
• Enable teams and leadership to make fact-based decisions, safeguards adherence to governance and processes, drives cross-functional alignment, and continuously improves execution performance across the organization

Profile

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• Solid understanding of business–economic correlations, cost structures, and scenario evaluation
• Extensive experience driving structured execution of complex, cross-functional development projects, ensuring transparency, alignment, and methodical governance
• Experience coordinating or leading interdisciplinary technical development projects (mechatronic, embedded, system-level or cross-functional
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Office Suite), processes, and governance frameworks
• Proven track record in stakeholder coordination across engineering, production, quality, procurement, and product management
• Experience creating decision-ready analyses, status reports, and steering documents for senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, and structured change processes in complex projects and programs
• Proficiency in English required; advanced German highly desirable
