Full time live-in tutor for 10 year old pupil between Lausanne and Provence.

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic and adaptable full-time live-in tutor for a ten-year-old student. This is a unique and rewarding position for someone who can provide a genuinely personalised educational experience for a bright, multilingual child with specific learning needs. The successful candidate will become an integral part of our family's daily life, serving not only as an educator but as a positive male role model. About the Student The student is an intellectually curious and highly verbal child who learns at a remarkable pace when engaged and motivated. He speaks English, French and Russian at home and has attended several well-regarded schools across Europe and the Middle East; he is currently enrolled online. Now, we are seeking a more tailored, hands-on approach. He has been diagnosed with ADHD and is currently being assessed for autism. He does not thrive within rigid or traditional academic structures and requires a creative, flexible and highly engaging approach to learning that meets him where he is. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver a bespoke, flexible curriculum suited to the child's learning style, pace and interests • Foster a genuine love of learning through a holistic approach that extends well beyond conventional academics • Act as a consistent, dependable and positive male role model in day-to-day life • Adapt teaching methods in response to the child's energy levels, focus and engagement on any given day • Adapt teaching methods in response to the child's energy levels, focus and engagement on any given day Requirements • Experience working with children with SEN, specifically ADHD and/or autism • Male, physically active and willing to engage the child in sport and outdoor activities • Fluency in English; French and Russian is an advantage. • EU residency or the unrestricted right to live and work within the EU throughout the year • Willingness to be based across Provence and Lausanne, with flexibility to travel internationally at short notice • A warm, patient and adaptable personality with genuine enthusiasm for child development What We Offer • Full-time, live-in position with accommodation provided within the family residence • The opportunity to shape a truly individualised educational journey • A varied and dynamic lifestyle across multiple European locations.
