We are looking for a technically strong Execution Management Support Specialist to support our buy side trading desks. The role focuses on ensuring smooth order routing, execution workflow stability, and rapid issue resolution across multiple electronic trading platforms.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Provide real‑time support for order routing, execution issues, and trade flow across equity, fixed income, structured products, crypto and multi‑asset desks

• Troubleshoot technical problems in EMS/OMS systems including TradeSmart, MarketAxess, TSOX, Bloomberg, and TradeWeb

• Analyse FIX messages, trace order paths, and identify root‑cause issues

• Work with traders, technology teams, and external vendors to maintain stable trading connectivity

• Support basic scripting or programming tasks to automate routing, implement checks and analyse logs

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, Information Technology, or any related field

• Financial engineering or programming (nice to have)

• Experience in trading support or electronic execution workflows

• Strong understanding of FIX protocol and order routing mechanics

• Solid understanding of Temenos T24 is a big plus (architecture and business workflows)

• Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL, Java, Bash)

• Familiarity with electronic trading platforms: TradeSmart, MarketAxess, TSOX, Bloomberg EMSX/TOMS, TradeWeb

• Good understanding of market microstructure and electronic execution workflows

• Detail-oriented, fast-thinking, and comfortable supporting traders in time-critical environments

• FIX certification and CFA or similar would be a nice-to-have

• Fluent in English (verbal and written); German would be a nice-to-have
