Payroll specialist (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Senior HR Mobility and Service Delivery Specialist (M/F) for our client specializing in the chemical industry.Key Responsibilities

• Execute all monthly payroll tasks in SAP, including data entry, calculations, pre- and post-payroll audits, DTA, reporting, and system interfaces.
• Collaborate with the external HR shared service center by handling routine service delivery tasks and requests
• Maintain working time records and answer straightforward questions related to time reporting
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding remuneration, taxation, and child benefits.
• Maintain and update employee profiles in SuccessFactors.
• Provide accurate reporting and compliance on social insurance and tax matters.
• Support annual HR processes such as budgeting, performance appraisals, and salary reviews.
• Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
