Contract Manager

Your Tasks

• Development, review and negotiation of aircraft training system offers within bid teams, including the assessment of in-service support proposals
• Drafting and negotiation of confidentiality agreements and teaming agreements
• Handling the preparation, review and negotiation of acquisition sales contracts as well as in-service support agreements
• Close collaboration with internal legal teams to review and approve non-standard contractual clauses and legal wording
• Coordination with corporate business support functions regarding HR, tax and insurance requirements
• Collaboration with the corporate finance department on financing and payment options, including bank guarantees

With this you convince us

• University education or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years experience in a legal or commercial contract environment, 3 years contract negotiation experience with international government organisations, as well as 5 years experience in the aerospace industry
• Experience in being able to interpret and draft contract terms and conditions and excellent presentation skills
• Highly proficient in written, and highly fluent in spoken, English (C2), understanding of German and French languages is advantageous but not a necessity
• Accept possibility of occasional irregular working hours and peak workloads as well as accept the possibility of frequent international travel
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to independently manage time and multiple priorities to completion, achievement orientated and strong self-motivation skills
