Main responsibilities 

• Org chart management for the entire group
• KPIs Creation and follow up for Conduct & Culture Committee, Sustainability report, …
• Nomination process management
• Employee Codification in coordination with the comp & Ben specialist

• Gender gap analysis for the group

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree
• 1 to 5 years in financial sector
• French / English
• Excel is a must have
