Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and processing of customer and internal claims
• Leading 8D Teams
• Observing quality performance, driving continuous improvement and leading Q-innovation projects
• Driving quality mindset within the production center by providing Q-trainings
• Take up quality topics and act as interface towards Production, Business Units, Engineering and Corporate Quality
• Planning and performing internal audits

Qualifications: 

• Technical education with advanced training in quality management
• Degree in quality management or bachelor in engineering preferred
• Solid experience in the use of key quality tools such as 3-legged 5 Why, SPC, Ishikawa, etc.
• Experience with internal and external audits
• Fluent in English and German
