Serve as a generalist with in-depth Compliance and Risk know-how.YOUR CHALLENGE
Execute 2nd Line of Defence (2LoD) controls within the Booking Centre Switzerland, ensuring independent oversight and effective challenge
Maintain the control inventory and produce up-to-date, accurate control documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements and Group policies
Carry out key compliance monitoring activities related to the Personal Account Transactions – Framework, including breach assessment, investigation coordination, and recommendation of disciplinary actions where warranted
Implement and monitor controls for ad-hoc confidentiality obligations and staff self-attestations, managing exceptions through investigation and follow-up to closure
Proactively assess compliance risks by reviewing adherence to conflict-of-interest rules and personal trading restrictions
Prepare and deliver periodic reports on control outcomes, issue tracking, and remediation progress to Compliance management and relevant oversight committees
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in law, economics, business administration, or in any banking related subjects)
Professional certification / degree in Compliance would be an advantage
Several years of experience in a Compliance, Risk or Audit function
Strong personality with good organizational and operational skills and ability to work under pressure
Independent, efficient and meticulous work method
Solution oriented, analytical skills and strong sense of integrity and discretion
Perseverance and persistence
Good knowledge of MS Office and flair for IT
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
