YOUR CHALLENGE

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Mithilfe beim Aufbau und Unterhalt eines Operational Resilience Frameworks Mitgestaltung und Unterstützung bei der Pflege des zentralen BCM-Frameworks gemäss BCM-Lifecycle

• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung operativer BCM-Aktivitäten für globale Buchungszentren, einschliesslich administrativer Prozesse im BCM und Krisenmanagement

• Koordination zwischen zentralen und dezentralen BCM-Einheiten sowie weiteren Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern

• Prüfung und Sicherstellung der Vollständigkeit, Angemessenheit und Konsistenz der BCM-Dokumentation pro Standort oder Organisationseinheit

• Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von BCM-Schulungen, Übungen und Tests

• Mitarbeit bei internen Berichterstattungen, Controllingaktivitäten, sowie internen und externen Audits im BCM-Kontext

• Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Implementierung eines Operational Resilience Frameworks

YOUR PROFILE

Requirements – Competencies, Education and Skills:

Persönliche und Soziale Fähigkeiten

• Analytisches Denkvermögen und kritisches Hinterfragen bestehender Prozesse

• Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

• Durchsetzungsstärke gepaart mit Lösungs- und Kundenorientierung

• Hohe Flexibilität, Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein

Berufliche und Technische Qualifikationen

• Banklehre oder Bachelorstudium mit mind. 5 Jahren branchennaher Berufserfahrung (Finanzwesen, Versicherung, Beratung)

• Sehr gute MS-Kenntnisse (Powerpoint, Excel, Word); Erfahrung mit GRC-Tools von Vorteil

• Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich)

• Nachweisbare Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Business Continuity Management
