Job-Inhalt
- Mission
Ensure the accurate and timely execution of client fund orders across Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity Funds for all UBP branches, while maintaining strict compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements. Deliver exceptional service to clients to ensure seamless end-to-end fund order processing.
- Main responsibilities
Execute client fund orders across Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Private Equity. Mutual funds are processed primarily via SWIFT through a global custodian while Alternatives (HF/PE) are placed directly with fund administrators, including completion of required subscription/redemption documentation and KYC/AML. Coordinate funding, settlement, and confirmations; manage pre-funding, notice periods, and specific terms (gates/lock-ups).

- Education and Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics (or equivalent).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, VBA a plus).
Familiarity with fund order workflows and transfer agent processes environments is an asset
